What this notice covers
This notice covers the pre-launch website and email waitlist. The background dart is a decorative 3D model. There is no video upload or personal AI analysis on this website, and it does not collect your throwing footage. The app will have its own updated notice before personal video analysis becomes available.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist details: your email address, signup time and a record of your consent, so we can maintain the list and send early-access news and product updates. Providing your email is optional; we need it if you choose to join.
- Technical data: the server processes connection information to deliver the site and limit abusive requests. The application's rate limiter temporarily holds a connection address and request count in memory. Hosting infrastructure may also process access and diagnostic logs.
- Messages you send us: the details needed to answer questions or handle a privacy request.
Our reasons for using it
We rely on your consent for waitlist updates. We use technical information for our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website, and handle rights requests where needed to meet legal obligations. Joining is free and does not create a subscription or purchase.
Who can access it
The people operating Darts AI and providers needed to host the website can access information as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell the waitlist. The current application stores signup records on its server and does not send them to an email platform or AI provider. If an email provider is added, we will update this notice before using it.

How long we keep it
We keep signup records while they are needed to run the pre-launch waitlist and provide the updates you requested. We review the list when early access launches or the project closes. Records that are no longer needed are removed. If you withdraw consent, we stop marketing to you; a limited suppression or consent record may be retained where necessary to respect your choice or meet legal obligations. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's configured retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent or request removal from the waitlist by contacting support@dartsai.app. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to certain uses.
